Course Objective:
Students enrolled in this course shall learn the rules & regulations
governing notaries' duties and responsibilities in California as mandated
by the office of the Secretary of State. Students who fully and satisfactorily
complete this Home-study course shall meet the State required six-hours of
mandatory notary education course of study.
Course Overview / Descriptions
This State-approved Home-study course is divided into 25 lessons. At the
end of lesson 24 you will be provided with an open-book Notary Assessment
Test (Lesson 25).
Students enrolled in this course shall learn the rules & regulations
governing notaries' duties and responsibilities in California as mandated
by the office of the Secretary of State; in addition, the notary

Proof of Completion
Proof of Completion will be mailed to you as soon as you complete the course
and submit the following (provided): the completed and signed, Notary Assessment
Test Answer Sheet, along with the completed and signed, Course Registration
Form and the completed and signed, Affidavit of Six-Hour Completion Form.
We will mail your Proof of Completion, along with the notary commission
application, and a schedule for the State exam locations and dates nearest
you (you may take the State Exam at any of our Live seminars -- you need
to contact us for scheduling).
